I was going through Ed Banger Records, listening to some of my favorite songs, when I stumbled upon SebastiAn's Motor. It looks like a DOHC V6 or V8, can anyone figure out what company's engine was used for the artwork?

I lucked out and found this right away when I GIS'ed "V6 engine cutaway":
The title is "generic-car-cutaway-engine-bay", the source page is this one that has the same engine cutaway inside Lexus, Toyota, and a genericized Acura body.
Thus, the cutaway above may be a semi-fictional artist's rendition. However, apart from minor details such as the position of the alternator, compare it to a 300ZX VG30DETT:

Yeah I'd call it a VG30 as well. The placement of the timing-belt tensioner near the frost plug that's been half-cut away does it for me.
